About me.

Hey, I’m Phoebe Hermione Kear & I’m a London-based illustrator. Previously, I was an art teacher working with children with special educational needs and social, emotional and mental health difficulties. My work is inspired by my love for tales, myths and legends. I grew up in an artistic family where creativity was encouraged. My colourful drawings take you to imaginary worlds with beautiful animals, generally illustrations bursting with colour on a deep, black background, holding a purpose of calm. Each piece of art is supposed to project the viewer into their inner being to find the most peaceful version of themselves.
